How can I change / delete my data?

You can delete all the data that you have entered in our system yourself via the app.


Can deleted data be restored?

No. Data deleted by you is permanently deleted and can no longer be viewed or restored by us.


Will my data be passed on to third parties?

No, we don’t sell data.
We use AWS cloud services to store your data. We also use google service to select your location. We use these services exclusively for necessary functions within Noli.

 

Are my activities tracked by cookies?

No, we do not use tracking or analysis cookies that record personal activity.


Is personal advertising displayed?

No, we don’t use advertising.

What information does Noli collect?

In the course of creating the profile, we collect various personal data, which we store on servers of Amazon Web Services.

This includes your e-mail-address, gender, date of birth, photos and your location, as well as your last user search and your last activity time.

Various other data such as a username, password, descriptions and interests will be provided by you and assigned to your account when stored.

The data you enter enables you to search for users. In addition, users can get a first impression of you through the data you entered.

We also collect data that you did not enter directly during registration. This includes the registration date, the AppVersion, your phone operating system, the phone model and in some cases your IP address. We collect this data so that we can identify programming errors more quickly and block devices which are misusing our service for SPAM or fraud.

 

Are messages viewed by administrators or other third parties?

No, your chat-messages are private. Even we can’t see them.
But we can see photos and messages another user send us via our reporting form.

 

What data is stored for support requests?

In case of support inquiries, we also store the data only to answer the inquiry and possibly to resolve technical problems.

We do not link requests to user profiles and do not create correlations.
